3. Products, Pricing & Orders
- All products listed are digital, editable documentation toolkits, consulting engagements, gap analyses, internal audits or training programmes.
- Pricing tier: all listed prices are intended for Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and startups. Larger corporates, multi-site / multi-entity organisations, group enrolments and enterprise licensing are quoted separately - please contact us for a tailored proposal.
- Prices are displayed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated.
- Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
- Delivery times shown on each product page are indicative for SME-tier orders; enterprise programmes run to a separately agreed schedule.
- We reserve the right to re-tier an order (and issue a revised quote) where the declared scope significantly exceeds SME usage (e.g. a parent company deploying across multiple subsidiaries or sites).
3a. Cart, Shortlist & Request-Quote
- Add to Cart is available for fixed-price items (toolkits, gap analyses, certification packages, internal audits, training). The cart is a non-binding selection only; no payment is taken until an invoice is issued and accepted.
- Request a Quote is the preferred path for complex consulting engagements (e.g. digital transformation, ESG advisory, change management). We will respond with a tailored proposal.
- Multiple items may be ordered in a single checkout. Bundle/volume discounts may apply and will be confirmed in the invoice.
- Shortlist (Save for later) is a browser-local wishlist stored in your device's localStorage. It is not transmitted to ISO Xpert until you explicitly checkout or enquire.
- Cart and shortlist contents may be cleared by you at any time (Clear button in the cart modal) and are cleared automatically if you clear your browser storage.
